E. A. Apeadu House, PRESEC – Legon, Accra

To mark the 80th anniversary of PRESEC-Legon, the Imperial Charity Foundation is constructing the E. A. Apeadu House, a modern dormitory designed to accommodate 200 students. Named in honour of one of the school’s former headmasters, the facility will feature spacious and well-lit rooms, study and common areas, a visitors’ reception, landscaped gardens, modern sanitary facilities and a basketball court.

The project holds special significance for Francis Biney, CEO of Imperial Homes Limited and a proud alumnus of PRESEC-Legon. His vision is to provide students, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, with a comfortable and inspiring residential environment that enhances their overall school experience. Designed with contemporary architecture and quality facilities, E. A. Apeadu House will contribute to the school’s legacy and serve generations of Presecans for years to come.

Imperial Charity Foundation creates meaningful social impact through investments in education, healthcare and community development, helping build stronger communities and better opportunities across Ghana.
